What are VALD ForceDecks?
VALD ForceDecks are dual force plates used to measure your strength, power, and movement symmetry. During exercises like squats, lunges, jumps or push-ups, ForceDecks collect live data on:
• Side-to-side asymmetries
• Force production and absorption
• Movement quality and control
This force plates testing system provides a detailed report that compares your data against normative values based on age, gender, and activity level — including benchmarks for ACL rehab stages.
Just a few of the many tests that can be assessed using the force plates:
• Countermovement Jump: Assesses jump height, explosiveness, and imbalances.
• Squat Jump: Evaluates force production and symmetry.
• Drop Jump: Analyses how well you absorb, load, and produce force.
VALD DynaMo is a handheld dynamometer and inclinometer. It measures how much force your body produces during specific movements, how quickly you generate that force, and how mobile your joints are. It’s strength and movement analysis — simplified and made visual.
