The clinic provides reformer Pilates, physiotherapy and individual and small group rehabilitation in our boutique state of the art gym. Our practitioners are highly qualified and have completed extensive post graduate training in Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Spinal Physiotherapy, dry needling and breath work. Two of our physios have completed masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Our clinical Pilates is 1:1 individually tailored and physiotherapist led to ensure you get the most out of the sessions and they are suited to your injury and stage of rehabilitation.
Our physiotherapy led private and semi private strengthening sessions are the perfect way to improve performance, build strength and confidence and bridge that gap between Personal Training and hands on physiotherapy.
We treat all common sports injuries and spine-related conditions like lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, stenosis, osteoarthritis, facet joint syndrome, herniated disc, pre and post-operative rehabilitation from sports and spinal surgeries. Clinic Founder & Director
Sari qualified from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland in 2015 with an honors degree in physiotherapy and furthered her studies completing a masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine in Trinity College also. Sari has worked in orthopedics, private practice and with AFL, Gaelic Football and rugby teams. Sari is currently a physiotherapist for the Sydney Roosters woman's National Rugby League team. Sari is an Internationally Certified RISPT Sports Physiotherapist.

Since moving to Australia Sari has been working in the field of sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Sari is a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, is certified in dry needling and is a certified strength and conditioning coach.
Sari is a keen triathlete and runner having completed several marathons and Olympic distance triathlons. As an athlete, Sari understands the importance of a healthy and resilient body and mind to ensure peak performance.
Sari is passionate about injury prevention and is known for going the extra mile to assist her patients achieving their goals.
In her free time, you will find Sari running laps around Centennial park, swimming in Bondi or enjoying an aperol spritz in the sun.

APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist
Samantha is an APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, which recognises her qualifications and expert knowledge in the field of sports physiotherapy.
Samantha’s academic background includes a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy, a Master of Physiotherapy and a First Class Honours in Exercise and Sports Science.
Samantha is currently the lead physiotherapist for Sydney FC women’s A-League Squad.

Her professional journey has seen her contribute to other organisations such as The Australian Institute of Sport, The Geelong Football Club, and the Sydney Olympic Football Club. In addition to her clinical roles, Samantha has held academic teaching and research positions at Deakin University and Sydney University. She is also on the medical register for the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia.

Samantha has a special interest in running injuries, which led her to develop 10W2S: Strength for Runners iPhone & Android application. Samantha has previously worked alongside sporting organisations and brands like Athletics New South Wales, Rebel Sport and Under Armour to provide injury prevention and performance education to runners.
Her special interests include; running, soccer, rowing, winter sports, AFL as well as post-
operative injury management. She enjoys conducting private and group strength and
conditioning, as well as clinical Pilates, to help individuals improve their health and well-being.

APA Physiotherapist
Diarmaid is a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with a special interest in detailed running gait analysis to improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and guide performance-focused rehabilitation.
Diarmaid’s academic background includes a Master of Physiotherapy and a First Class Honours degree in Athletic Therapy and Training.
He is an accredited strength and conditioning coach and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
His professional experience spans both elite sport and private practice. Diarmaid has worked as a physiotherapist for the UK Ministry of Defence and has supported a range of sporting teams including Fulham FC, London GAA, and Dublin GAA. He has also held the role of Lead Physiotherapist for European Table Tennis Championships with Table Tennis England. Across these roles, Diarmaid has developed extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, including work with AFL, Gaelic football, and rugby teams.
Outside the clinic, Diarmaid is a fitness fanatic. He has competed at the HYROX World Championships and completed multiple ultramarathons, including the Bondi to Manly Ultra.
